Ingredients:
- 3 grams (1 rounded tsp.) Peach Sky Black Tea
- 6 oz. water for preparation
- 6 oz. plain sparkling water
- 1 tsp. simple syrup
- Ice
- Fresh peach slices to garnish
Directions:
- Steep the tea leaves for 4 minutes in 6 oz. boiling water (212F).
- Pour into a tall glass and mix in the simple syrup.
- Allow to cool and add the sparkling water.
- Gently stir and add ice.
- Garnish with peach slices.

Established in 1969, the Temi Estate is the only tea garden in the Indian state of Sikkim, located north of Darjeeling. The tea is grown at 4,000 to 7,000 feet, on the slopes of Tendong Hill, in the foothills of the Himalayan mountains. Threaded with a profusion of golden tips, the attractive, well-made leaves of this outstanding 2025 selection produce a rich, fruity cup with a sweet, toasty aroma.
