Chinese Black Tea
Chinese black tea has a pleasant, full-bodied flavor and roughly half the caffeine content of a cup of coffee. Depending on the variety, Chinese black tea can range from smooth to sweet to smoky. Lapsang Souchongs have a lower caffeine content and a deeply smoky flavor, while Yunnan teas are smooth and strong. Some Chinese black teas may be mixed with fruits or flower buds to add sweetness and depth of flavor. Our loose leaf chinese tea comes in a variety of conventional and organic flavors.

China Keemun First Grade
With its rich flavor profile and smooth mouth feel, this standard grade Keemun represents a great value for a China black tea. Hints of wine and a suggestion of smoke round out the earthy, full-bodied cup.

Yunnan Zi Juan Congou
This unique black tea offering, “Zi Juan,” meaning “purple beauty,” originates from a purple bud varietal that was developed at the Menghai Research Station in Yunnan province. A suggestion of almond/nutty nuances leads to a clean finish.

Hong Tao Keemun
