The fragrant, dark brown leaves yield a deep amber liquor with a light smoky aroma, hinting of earth and wine. The smooth cup is rich and full-bodied, accented with smoky/earthy nuances. The finish lingers with a hint of spice.

  • This is my favorite to use as a base when making tea blends. Most frequently, I use it in my take on a Russian Caravan, as well as in a blend using Rooibos. It's very smooth and brings excellent depth of flavor.

  • This is my second Keemun. There are soft, subtle flavors and a subtle smoke. Well balanced. Makes a nice breakfast or afternoon tea.

  • Not all keemun teas are as strong as I like, but this is a good one for those of us who like the bolder style. Not as smokey as some keemuns, but it has a good woody flavor to it.
