Information About Changing Orders and Our Return Policies

Every order you place via this website is kept on file for your reference or review. If at any time you wish to view the current status of all of your orders, simply go to My Account and Order History. A summary of every order you've ever placed via will be displayed. When your order changes status (such as it being shipped), you will be notified immediately by email.

Our return policies
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. All of our teas and accessories come with a customer satisfaction guarantee. Our teapots are also covered by a specific no-fault 30-day warranty. Please read the following for details.
To contact Upton Tea Imports for a return authorization, Email or call (800)234-8327. All returns should be carefully wrapped and returned with the original packaging and packing slip. After obtaining a return authorization number, send returns to the following address:

Place the return authorization number on the outside of your package.

Overall Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not pleased with a tea for any reason, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. If we made a mistake, we will correct the problem immediately. If the tea is not what you expected, you may return the unused portion within two weeks, and we will apply a credit toward your next order or issue a refund. The credit or refund value will be based on the value of the returned portion. Return shipping expenses will be reimbursed if we made a mistake in filling your order and product return has been requested by our staff.

Teapot Warranty
Every teapot purchased from Upton Tea Imports comes with a 30 day no-fault warranty. This warranty even covers accidental breakage, except as noted below. If you are unhappy with the quality of the teapot, the way it pours, or even the color, simply call Upton Tea Imports for a return authorization number (or email us) and return the teapot or defective component to us by the carrier of your choice. We will replace the teapot, credit your account, or issue a refund. Return shipping costs are reimbursed if the mistake is ours and we request a return of the wrong/defective unit.

This warranty is void for teapots heated in a microwave oven or placed directly on a stove or hotplate.
