Produced at a small family tea garden in Shizuoka, Japan, this unique black tea is smoked for 6-8 hours using wood chips from a Japanese cherry wood whisky barrel. Ingredients:

• 3 grams (1 rounded tsp.) Peach Sky Black Tea
• 6 oz. water for preparation
• 6 oz. plain sparkling water
• 1 tsp. simple syrup
• Ice
• Fresh peach slices to garnish

Directions:

• Steep the tea leaves for 4 minutes in 6 oz. boiling water (212F).
• Pour into a tall glass and mix in the simple syrup.
• Allow to cool and add the sparkling water.
• Gently stir and add ice.
• Garnish with peach slices.
