Created for our 35th anniversary in 2024, this limited-season, holiday black tea blend combines the vibrant flavors of the season, starting with a candied aroma of fig, brown sugar, and spices. The first sip of the rich, velvety cup reveals an ambrosial golden syrup flavor that embraces notes of plum, fig, and hints of spicy citrus. A cinnamon liveliness lingers in the smooth finish. We are excited to offer this decadent dessert treat to enjoy this holiday season.

Fragrant notes of ripe peach scent this naturally flavored, premium black tea from China. This is the second of four special teas created to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Decorated with flower blossoms, the ebony-brown leaves produce a rich, full-bodied cup, the perfect balance of black tea flavor and sweet notes of juicy peach. Ingredients:

• 3 grams (1 rounded tsp.) Peach Sky Black Tea
• 6 oz. water for preparation
• 6 oz. plain sparkling water
• 1 tsp. simple syrup
• Ice
• Fresh peach slices to garnish

Directions:

• Steep the tea leaves for 4 minutes in 6 oz. boiling water (212F).
• Pour into a tall glass and mix in the simple syrup.
• Allow to cool and add the sparkling water.
• Gently stir and add ice.
• Garnish with peach slices.
