Established in 1969, the Temi Estate is the only tea garden in the Indian state of Sikkim, located north of Darjeeling. Threaded with a profusion of golden tips, the attractive, well-made leaves of this outstanding 2025 selection produce a rich, fruity cup with a sweet, toasty aroma. Pre-Qingming Bi Luo Chun
Originating from the Dongting mountains in Jiangsu province, this renowned Chinese green tea boasts an auspicious history as a tribute tea to the imperial court. Named for its unique appearance, Bi Luo Chun—meaning “Green Snail Spring”—is expertly crafted into tight spiral curls, which are covered in silver-white tea down (hao mao).
