   This fine-cut leaf grade of Holy Basil, (aka Tulsi), produces a rich cup with a complex and spicy character. The dominant flavor notes are anise and pepper, with nuances of citrus and cinnamon.

   Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a widely used tisane. Our new lot of this tea is from Jinxuan Province, China and has a zesty, lemony flavor, with a liquor that is lighter in color than our previous lot. A steeping time of 8-10 minutes is recommended.
