Did not quite meet my expectations
This shopper rated the product 3 out of 5 stars This is a well insulated mug that keeps my tea warm for long periods. However, there are two aspects of it were. I'm disappointed. 1) There's no gasket on the plunger. That is, when the tea has finished. Steeping and you push the strainer all the way down, tea might still escape from the whole where the plunger cap inserts into the top of the mug. 2) The strainer does not go far enough down into the mug. Therefore, it leaves enough water to continue steeping some tea near the bottom which has made the more bitter as a get closer to the bottom.

Love It
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars This cup is fantastic. Tea has stayed hot for as long as 4 hours.
