I have been looking for tea tins that are cost effective and well sealed to store loose leaf tea. These look really nice; and I love the shape. Unfortunately, the metal is not well sealed around the seam. I bought them in both the 8oz and 4oz sizes.

I wish these had bottoms that matched the tops so that they interlock. Now if you stack them, and you bump them, the stack falls over. Other wise, they have been great for organizing my teas. I cut the tea label off the bag it comes in, and I tape it on the side of the tin, using packaging tape.

Fits the tea and the storage location.

Great little tin, emphasis on little. I bought it when I purchased Upton's Decaf Breakfast Tea for the first time. Now that I know I love the decaf, the tin is too small and needs to be refilled too frequently. ;-D

This is only about the canister, I know, but I love this containers! They seal well, look great, take all sorts of labels and are the perfect size for my tea drawer. I do have to use a spoon to open them, but I don't mind. It just means they seal well. I have ordered dozens of those and never looked back. No more wasting space with cylindrical tins!
