This shopper rated the product 2 out of 5 stars This was for years my favorite blend from Upton Tea. In the last 3 years or so, however, the blend is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes you can't taste the Lapsang Souchong in it at all. Othertimes, as in my most recent order this spring, the Lapsang overwhelms the tea flavor.

It's zoomed to the top of my list of favorites. I am lousy and detecting wine-like flavors: it's not floral, not herbal...a little smoky and earthy? Rich and comforting...and excuse me while I go boil some more water. fa definite reorder, this will be a mainstay from now on!
