The Definition of Green Tea
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

This is it, the exact way green tea should taste. Vegetal but not grassy. Sparkling, refreshing, but doesn't give you the jitters. Mildly astringent, as tea should be, but still easy on the stomach. Attend carefully to the low water temperature, only 160 F. It's best to weigh the leaves in a scale rather than trying to measure by "teaspoons" because the leaves don't fit otherwise.

This tea has an exceptional full yet subtle presence, completely satisfying even after 3 brewings on the same leaves. It cheers the spirit. We love it

Wonderful Aroma
This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars

I brewed this tea precisely as the directions dictated - 160 degrees - in a glass beaker. It takes a bit of time before the tea leave settle, but the aroma was very pronounced and herbaceous. Clean, savory, lingering taste. It reminded me a high quality Japanese shincha. Very good tea. I would give it a five for taste, but the leaf quality was a little rough. The leaves did not "dance" like the best of the Long Jing teas.
