This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars Having lived in China for four years, I have tried a range of teas (both green and black) grown throughout the country. This tea is very subtle and nuanced in flavor with just the slightest hint of smokiness. This tea is perfect for the person that wants a very mild tea that does not require milk or sugar to enjoy its delicate flavor. For a black tea, it is surprisingly gentle and can steep for several minutes to develop its full flavor. Quality is really exceptional, but I prefer something with more distinctive notes.

To me, the lingering flavor, at the end of a sip, is very much like honey. This is a very good tea. I'd love to drink it every day, but at this price, it's more of a special occasion. You do get what you pay for!
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars This has a nice, complex flavor. It was a welcome change of pace from what I usually drink (Assams). I prefer this Ruby 18 to others that I have tried. This doesn’t have an excessively herbal taste and is somewhat sweet in a pleasant way.
