How do I create a Subscribe & Steep account?
Making a Subscribe & Steep account is easy; it can be done while browsing on the product page, or on the shopping cart page when you are stopping on our website. To join, simply select the 5% off Subscribe & Steep option for your desired tea, select your preferred shipment frequency, add to your cart and check out as normal.
What will happen after I create a Subscribe & Steep Account?
After you create a Subscribe & Steep account, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will include a link to your account where you can manage your future orders and Subscribe & Steep information.
We will place your orders automatically according to your selected frequency, and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. Prior to each Subscribe & Steep order, we will send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Subscribe & Steep account, such as if your tea is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel or change your Subscribe & Steep, or confirmation when an order places successfully.

What is the difference between an Order and a Subscription?
An Order is a scheduled shipment of tea or teas. If the shipment date, shipping address, payment info, and billing address are all the same, multiple subscriptions are sent in the same order.
A Subscription contains only one flavor of tea in one size. There could be multiple quantities of the same product in one subscription. Each flavor and each size will have different Subscriptions associated with each.
Can my Subscribe & Steep shipments be delivered to an APO or FPO address?
No, APO and FPO addresses are not eligible for Subscribe & Steep shipments.
Can my Subscribe & Steep shipments be delivered to an international address?
