Extra rich flavor. A Tung-Ting style Oolong, oxidized at approximately 18 percent to retain a greener character. Very sweet and aromatic, this is the style of Oolong that is favored by Taiwan tea connoisseurs.
Steeping Suggestions

I bought a sample of this and would definitely buy it again. It was slightly smoky with some sweet spiciness - maybe cinnamon? I wrote notes on the bag that now I cannot completely read...I can read that I I used the same leaves 3 times - good value!

This was a great tea for making kombucha. Adding chopped apple or mint in the second brewing was really a treat. It has a sweetness and no smokey taste which I prefer.

I like this almost green oolong a lot. It produces a light, sweet liquor without a strong vegetal taste. Not as flowery as the spring oolong, but super good. I find it good for three steepings, each one tasting a bit different. Highly recommended.
