We recommend logging in to the new site using the email used for your account on the previous website. You only need to enter your email address. A code, sent to your email address, will need to be entered to log in. This password-free method provides a quick and secure way to access your account.
Now you can go shopping and place items in your Shopping Bag. You can do this by searching for your favorite teas or browsing our online catalog.
To add an item to your Shopping Bag, click on Add to Cart on the Product page.
Once your shopping is complete, it’s time to checkout.
Click on the Shopping Bag icon in the upper right hand corner of any page.
Click on the Proceed to Checkout button. You may also choose to checkout with Paypal or ShopPay or Apple Pay on your mobile device.
Follow the instructions for your preferred method of checkout.
You can also choose to checkout as a guest. However, you will not have access to any Reward Points in checkout. Be sure to use your account email to ensure your order history is available at a later date when you sign in.
Click on the Account icon in the upper right hand corner of the page and choose sign in.

To order a paper gift certificate, click on the Tea Gifts link, located on the green navigation bar at the top of the page.
Click on either the Quick Shop button or the Paper Gift Certificate link to display the list of available denominations.
Click on your desired gift certificate amount from the list of available options.
Click on the Add to Bag button to add the gift certificate to your Shopping Bag.
If you’d like to continue shopping, click on the Continue Shopping button.
If you’re finished shopping, click on the Shopping Bag button.
Click on the Proceed to Checkout button. You may also choose to checkout with Paypal or Amazon Pay.
Follow the instructions for your preferred method of checkout.
You may add a personalized gift message to be included with your gift certificate. To add your message (80 character maximum), click on Add a Gift Message, located on the Shipping Method page of the checkout process.
To order an electronic gift certificate, click on the Tea Gifts link, located on the green navigation bar at the top of the page.
Click on either the Quick Shop button or the Electronic Gift Certificate link to display the list of available denominations.
Click on your desired gift certificate amount from the list of available options.
Enter your Recipient’s Name, E-mail Address and Gift Message in the fields provided.
Click on the Add to Bag button to add the gift certificate to your Shopping Bag.
If you’d like to continue shopping, click on the Continue Shopping button.
If you’re finished shopping, click on the Shopping Bag button.
Click on the Proceed to Checkout button. You may also choose to checkout with Paypal or Amazon Pay.

Whether you’ve received a paper or electronic gift certificate, there will be a gift certificate number associated with the gift certificate.
To redeem your gift certificate, enter the gift certificate number in the Use a Gift Card field at the bottom of the Payment Method page during checkout.
When redeeming multiple gift certificate numbers, additional numbers may be entered in the Add a Promo Code field, located under Order Summary.
