In this premium “spider leaf” black tea selection from the Ruhuna district of Sri Lanka, silver-tipped leaves produce a dark copper infusion, fragrant with hints of dried fruit, spice, and oak, enhanced by a delicate honey sweetness. The rich, full-bodied cup awakens the palate with a brisk character, which complements the toasty notes and hints of oak and Burgundy in the flavor. The smooth finish lingers with a hint of clove, paired with a pleasant astringency reminiscent of a dry red wine.
