Make a Purchase – Upton Customers are rewarded 10 points for every dollar they spend when they make a purchase. 

Create an Account – Newly enrolled customers receive 100 points.

Birthday Bonus – A benefit for being a Valued Customer is that customers get 130 points on their birthday

Refer a Friend – Refer a new customer to Upton Tea Imports and get 300 points when they make their first purchase.

Share on Facebook – Customer are rewarded when their friends click posts shared by them. Customers will be awarded 50 points immediately after the friend clicks on the shared link.  Frequency for share on Facebook is once a month.

Share on Twitter – Customers are rewarded when their friends click tweets shared by them. Customers who friends tweeted get 50 points. Frequency is once a month for Share on Twitter.

Share on Pinterest – Customers are rewarded when their friends click pins shared by them.  Customers who friends have shared get 50 points. Frequency for share on Pinterest is once a month.

1) What is the Program?

The Upton Tea Imports Valued Customer Program awards Customers with Upton Rewards, which can be used to redeem awards. The program is only available to Customers who have an account at www.uptontea.com. Upton Rewards can be earned on all purchases made on or after February 25, 2019.

 

2) How do I earn Upton Rewards?

It's easy to earn Upton Rewards! Rewards are automatically added to your account when you are logged in. You can earn rewards the following ways:

  • Making a purchase: Earn 10 Upton Rewards for every $1 spent at www.uptontea.com*
  • Create an account: Earn 100 Upton Rewards when you create an account at www.uptontea.com

*Upton Rewards earned by making a purchase remain in 'pending' status for 30 days after the purchase to allow for returns and/or exchanges.

 

3) What can I redeem with Upton Rewards?

Once you have earned Upton Rewards, you can redeem one of the following awards:

 

  • Free Shipping Coupon =500 points
  • $10 off coupon = 1000 points

4) How do I access the Upton Tea Imports Valued Customer Program and review my Rewards?

To access to the Valued Customer Program, sign in or create an account. From the 'My Account' section, navigate to “Valued Customer Program' using the tabs on the left. In this section, you can select tabs to review your activity, learn how to earn Upton Rewards, and redeem Upton Rewards.

 

5) How do I redeem my Upton Rewards?

To redeem your Upton Rewards, sign in to your account. From the 'My Account' section, navigate to 'Valued Customer Program' using the tabs on the left. In this section, select the 'Redeem Upton Rewards' tab to browse available products for redemption. Click 'Add to Cart' to redeem your reward.

 

6) How do I refer a new Upton Customer?

To refer a new Customer, sign in or create an account. From the 'My Account' section, navigate to 'Refer a Customer' using the tabs on the left. In this section, you can refer a friend by sending an email, sharing on Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter, or generating your own unique link to share.

To earn 50 points, the new Customer must click through the link you shared and make a purchase. The points are only awarded if the referred Customer has not purchased with www.uptontea.com in the past.

Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for Upton Rewards earned by referring a new Customer to process and update in your account. 

Upton Customers are only awarded points 1 time a month for share on Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter.

 

7) Why are my Upton Rewards in 'pending' status?

Upton Rewards earned by making a purchase remain in 'pending' status for 30 days after the purchase to allow for returns and/or exchanges. The Upton Rewards can be redeemed after 30 days.

 

8) Will my Upton Rewards expire?

Upton Rewards will expire after 13 months of inactivity. You must make a purchase or successfully refer a new Upton Customer every 13 months to keep your Valued Customer account active. To successfully refer a new Customer, he or she must click through the link you shared, create an account and make a purchase.

 

9) Can I earn Upton Rewards for my past purchases?

Upton Rewards can be earned on all purchases made on or after February 25, 2019.

 

10) Can I redeem rewards if I checked out as a guest (without signing into my account)?

Yes. If you checked out as a guest, and do not have an existing account at www.uptontea.com, please create an account using the same email that was used for the billing address* on your order. Upton Rewards earned from your purchase will automatically be added to your account.

 

If you checked out as a guest and have an existing account at www.uptontea.com, your Upton Rewards will automatically be added if you completed your purchase using the same email address as the one listed on your account.

 

If you made a purchase using a different email, please note Upton Rewards are tied to your email address and cannot be transferred.

11) Why were my Upton Rewards rejected?

Your Upton Rewards may be rejected for the following reasons:

  • Your Upton Rewards may be rejected if the person you referred is an existing customer.
  • Your Upton Rewards may be rejected if you have exceeded the allowable frequency. To see frequency caps on purchases, sign into your account. From the 'My Account' section, navigate to 'Valued Customer Program' using the tabs on the left. In this section, select the 'Earn Upton Rewards' tab to see how often Upton Rewards can be earned.

12) Why can't I see my Upton Rewards?

You will not see Upton Rewards if you checked out as a guest and did not create an account. Please create an account using the same email you used when making your purchase. Upton Rewards earned from your purchase will automatically be added to your account.

 

If you made a purchase using a different email, please note Upton Rewards are tied to your email address and cannot be transferred.
