The Upton Tea Imports Valued Customer Program awards customers with Upton Rewards, which may be used to redeem for dollars off your order. The program is available to Customers who have an account at www.uptontea.com. - How do I earn Upton Rewards?
It's easy to earn Upton Rewards in the following ways:
- Create an account: Earn 100 Upton Rewards when you create an account at www.uptontea.com
- Make a purchase: Earn 10 Upton Rewards for every $1 spent at www.uptontea.com
- Birthday Bonus: Receive 500 points on your birthday when you add the date in your Upton Rewards dashboard in My Account.
- Refer-A-Friend: Refer Upton Tea Imports to your friends with your unique link and receive 1500 points when they make their first purchase with us.
- Share on Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest: You will receive 50 points when you share us on these platforms, through your Upton Rewards dashboard, and a friend clicks on that share. Frequency for share is once a month.
- What can I redeem with Upton Rewards?
Once you have earned Upton Rewards, you may redeem for dollars off your order. - How do I access the Upton Tea Imports Valued Customer Program and review my Rewards?
To access the Valued Customer Program, sign in or create an account. From the 'My Account' section, click on the Valued Customer tab on the left. In this section, you may select a tab to review your activity, learn how to earn Upton Rewards, and redeem Upton Rewards. - What do I need to do to receive 500 points on my birthday?
After signing in on www.uptontea.com, in the My Account section, click on the Valued Customer tab on the left. In the Upton Rewards box, click on the Earn Points tab. Click on the Birthday Bonus box and enter your birthday at least seven days prior. You will receive 500 points on your birthday. - How do I redeem my Upton Rewards?
It’s easy to redeem your Upton Rewards. Just start the checkout process on www.uptontea.com, and in the Payment Information, select how many points you’d like to redeem for dollars off your order. - How do I refer a new Upton Customer?
To refer a new Customer, sign in or create an account. From the My Account section, click on the Valued Customer tab on the left. In the Upton Rewards box, click on the Earn Points tab. Click on the Refer A Friend box and copy the link provided into an email to your friend. You will earn 1500 points once your friend clicks on the link, creates an account, and makes an online purchase with us.
You may also refer a friend by sharing us on Facebook, Pinterest, or Twitter. To earn 1500 points, your friend must click through your referral link and make a purchase.
Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for Upton Rewards earned by referring a new Customer to process and update in your account.
Upton Customers are awarded points only once a month for a share on Facebook, Pinterest, or Twitter. - Why are my Upton Rewards in 'pending' status?
Upton Rewards earned by making a purchase remain in 'pending' status for 30 days after the purchase to allow for returns. The Upton Rewards may be redeemed after 30 days. - Will my Upton Rewards expire?
Upton Rewards will expire after 13 months of inactivity. You must make a purchase or successfully refer a new Upton Customer at least once every 13 months to keep your Valued Customer account active. To successfully refer a new Customer, he or she must click through the link you shared via email, create an account, and make a purchase. - Can I earn Upton Rewards if I checked out as a guest (without signing into my account)?
Yes, you can. If you checked out as a guest, and do not have an existing account at www.uptontea.com, please create an account using the same email address that was used on your order. Upton Rewards earned from your purchase will automatically be added to your account.
If you checked out as a guest and have an existing account at www.uptontea.com, your Upton Rewards will automatically be added if you completed your purchase using the same email address as the one listed on your account.
If you made a purchase using a different email, please note that Upton Rewards are tied to your email address and cannot be transferred.

Your Upton Rewards may be rejected for the following reasons:
- If the person you referred is an existing customer.
- If you have exceeded the allowable frequency for social shares on Facebook, Twitter, or Pinterest.

You will not see Upton Rewards if you checked out as a guest and did not create an account. Please create an account using the same email address you used when making your purchase. Upton Rewards earned from your purchase will automatically be added to your account.
If you made a purchase using a different email, please note Upton Rewards are tied to your email address and cannot be transferred.
