  • Tootsie rolls

  • This is an odd one. The scent profile of the dried leaves reminded me strongly of tootsie rolls. The brewing, however, really brought forward the lemon grass scents. Drinking, it was a lemon tea with an after taste of tootsie rolls. My first cup was with honey and soy milk. I may experiment with other milks, or leaving the milk out entirely.

  • This delightful Earl Grey has the perfect flavor profile to make a delicious London Fog each morning, with warm almond milk and a tablespoon of vanilla syrup... way better than my old version at Starbucks!

  • Makes a great desert tea. However, I enjoy it all morning and afternoon. Try brewing it latte style, top it off with a mound of steamed milk...divine!

  • Think of a warm cup of hot chocolate before breakfast. This is heavenly! I drink teas with soy milk and coconut sugar. Yum!

  • I have greatly enjoyed the German imported teas from Upton, which have strong taste profiles. This unusual Earl Grey German import has pronounced chocolate, a hint of lemon, and flowers. My current Earl Grey favorite!
