A mellow, whole-leaf blend of Keemun, Ceylon, and Darjeeling. An exceptional tea that is smooth enough for drinking plain, and sturdy enough to take milk or lemon.

  • This is a very nice blend that has no bitter taste - even if you steep it for a long time i.e. you forgot about it. I like it plain and also with milk.

  • A very nice tea. I wouldn't call it rich or complex, instead it's bright and slightly sweet and not at all bitter. A mellow friendly cup in the afternoon or evening.

  • I like this for an afternoon tea, not as strong as Irish, nice more mild blend and Keemun seems right for the afternoon.

  • I ordered this in the set along with Scottish Breakfast tea. Right from my first taste of Richmond Park Blend and after I had tasted all five in my order, I decided this was my new favorite. I have been drinking tea all day long during Covid19 and this to me is a mellow, easy to drink tea. I will reorder in a larger quantity definitely!

  • Smooth to the point of being boring. There isn't anything wrong with it; it just tastes flat compared to the other teas I've tried so far from my order. I've brewed it with a few different steep times and additions, but nothing made it click for me. I'll probably end up mixing it with something a little more flavorful to use up the rest of the tin.

  • This blend is not bad, just a bit dull. Neither the scent of the dry leaves nor that of the brewed cup is any way memorable. The taste is fine, if one-dimensional. The bottom line is: If you want a serviceable cup of tea to carry your milk and sugar in the morning, this will do it. [3 stars -- in my calculus, anything less means I spit it out.]

  • This is a nice and smooth cup of tea. Light bodied with an almost sweet & tangy finish. Little to no tannins/dryness.

  • I was looking at the blends and decided to give this one a try—I’m not disappointed! I switch-hit between all types of tea but this one will become a standard with me because of its lack of bitterness or bite. A good full body that is very enjoyable to drink plain (which I prefer) or with honey and/or milk (my husband’s preference).

  • This blend of leaves is a medium-bodied go-to tea. Like most teas that are new to me, I need 3 cups over a few days to make my decision. And Richmond Park won. It is not bitter at all, and strokes its way over your tongue and down your throat. It's buttery and chewy. It will delight your mouth and warm your belly. Buddha belly for me.

  • My favorite afternoon tea, hands down. Has various flavors that come through whether brewed weak or strong; takes milk well and both wakes up and smooths the palate. I've ordered this many times over the years; the blend changed a bit at one point, but still delicious. Hope you carry this blend for as long as I can order tea.

  • This blend has quickly become my favorite everyday tea. Morning or afternoon, it's a perfect cup. Plain or with honey (I rarely use milk in tea) -- this blend is tasty either way. It is also very forgiving. I've been known to over-steep a time or two, and this tea never became bitter. It's that friendly.

  • This morning I tried Richmond Park blend for the very first time and I’m in love! What a lovely smooth and satisfying tea. All the previous reviewers are spot on! I think I’ll make some biscuits/cookies soon for an afternoon tea for one.

  • I like a strong tea, one that can stand up to sugar and lots of lemon, and this one is perfect for me. Great flavor, full bodied. I have tried all types of tea and this is my absolute favorite.

  • Nothing quite stands up to an afternoon, especially in cold weather, like Richmond Park. I have British friends, great tea lovers, who have tasted this blend and marveled at its rich, satisfying flavor, with or without milk. It does wonders with a digestive biscuit or a scone. Kudos to Upton's for this offering!

  • This is the tea I drink first thing in the morning, and (sacrilege, no doubt) mixed with some Lapsang Souchong for afternoon tea. If I look like I'm running out, I panic!

  • I am a big fan of strong black teas and drink them throughout the day, but this one is a little lighter and nice in the afternoon and early evening. It has become my 4:30 go to. Lovely brew.

  • My favorite blend. I like bold black teas, but they are sometimes too tannic and can get bitter. This has the flavor I like, but is smoother and has less bite. Doesn't really need milk.
