China loose leaf Pu-Erh tea

China Mandarin stuffed with Shou Pu-Erh

4 star average rating
3 Reviews Write a Review
Tiny mandarin oranges are dried and stuffed with Shou Pu-Erh leaves, creating this unique tea treat. The opaque, deep brown liquor is fragrant with hints of citrus zest and earth. A whisper of cocoa joins the citrus-earthy flavor in the cup, finishing on a brisk, lively note. Each 1.5" mandarin will yield approximately 4 cups of tea. This selection is perfect for multiple steepings.

  • I was really looking forward to this tea, but when I brewed it, any flavor it had was killed by the bitter as h_ll hit that filled my mouth. This was the only tea I have ever poured out.
  • Delicious and unique

  • I got this as a birthday present for myself and it was worth every penny. The aromatic slightly bitter mandarin/tangerine flavor adds something really special to the tea. Note that you need to cut or tear open the mandarin even if you are making a full pot, as the tea won’t expand otherwise. It’s packed really tight.
  • My favorite tea!

  • This tea is wonderfully complex and fragrant! One orange make enough for a pot, with multiple re-steepings. I dig out at least half the tea from the orange, then steep both the loose tea and the orange for about five minutes or more. Delicious!
