Pi Lo Chun

This early spring green tea exhibits loosely rolled, wiry leaves with an abundance of downy, silver tips. A sweet aroma, fragrant with hints of fruit, heralds mouth-filling notes of melon and toasty/nutty hints present in the pale golden cup. A whisper of spring flowers lingers at the edges of the palate, complementing the fresh, buttery smooth character of this outstanding Pre-Chingming offering.

The most tender buds are picked under carefully controlled conditions in the spring. One of the most prized of China green teas, only a limited amount of this special grade tea is available.
