This unique selection is created using nitrogen during the production process. The resulting leaves contain the substance GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid). The bright green leaves infuse a rich yellow-jade liquor with intense buttery notes and oceanic hints. A truly satisfying cup.
When they describe this tea as "buttery"...they were not joking! It reminds me of the more vegetal flavors of a lot of Japanese green teas, but butter flavor like you'd dip lobster in it. Not a bad tea, just not to my taste.

Japanese Gabalong is subtle and soothing. Very well balanced notes of ocean, spring rain and sweetness. Equally refreshing late afternoon or in the evening after a long day.
