Originally established in 1924 by British planters, the Singbulli Estate spreads across rolling hills in the Mirik area of Darjeeling. This exceptional organic first flush selection infuses a light amber-gold liquor redolent with a pronounced floral bouquet. Produced at a small family tea garden in Shizuoka, Japan, this unique black tea is smoked for 6-8 hours using wood chips from a Japanese cherry wood whisky barrel. With layers of smoke, Burgundy and hints of floral sweetness, the aroma is reminiscent of a warm charcoal fire.
