This rare offering is produced from carefully selected leaf sets, consisting of buds and tender first-leaf sets. It is then scented with the highest quality jasmine blossoms, which are later painstakingly removed to ensure that the quality of the leaf is represented in the cup.


Gyokuro Organic
Limited lots of organic Gyokuro tea are produced each year. This lot has smooth umami notes, a rich cup and a clean, sweet finish. It was grown in Miyazaki prefecture using the Yabukita cultivar. We are happy to offer this tea while our current supply lasts.

Doomni Estate TGFOP1 (OR-139) Assam
Sprinkled with golden tips, the bold, dark brown leaves of this Assam selection produce a hearty, complex cup, redolent with a rich maltiness. Rich notes of cocoa are supported by hints of malt and a stone fruit sweetness in the dark amber-copper liquor. A whisper of spice may be found in the lingering finish. A staff favorite.

James Taylor Breakfast Blend
This rich Ceylon breakfast tea is a blend of black teas from Kandy, the tea growing region where James Taylor produced the first crop of Ceylon black tea back in the 1860s.
