I’m already an Upton Tea Imports customer. How do I place my first order on the new Upton Tea Imports website?
The first step is to create a new account. Even if you had an account on our old website, you need to create a new account on our new website.
Now you can go shopping and place items in your Shopping Bag. You can do this by searching for your favorite teas or browsing our online catalog.
To add an item to your Shopping Bag, click on Add to Bag on the Product page.
Once your shopping is complete, it’s time to checkout.
Click on the Shopping Bag icon in the upper right hand corner of any page.
Click on the Proceed to Checkout button. You may also choose to checkout with Paypal or Amazon Pay.
Follow the instructions for your preferred method of checkout.


How do I create a new account?
Click on the Sign In icon in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Click on Sign Up, located under Don’t Have an Account?
Enter your e-mail address and choose a password. Please note: if you ordered on our old website, be sure to use the same e-mail address so your Order History will be available to you. Once entered, click on Sign Up.
Enter your Name, address and phone number. Click on Save Changes.

Why do I have to set up a new account?
To ensure the highest level of security on our new website, we require that all of our
customers, old and new, create a new account with a password meeting the industry standards.


How do I access my order history?
If you haven’t already done so, please create a new account. Please be sure to enter the same
e-mail address as you were using on our old website.

Order History visibility is a two-step process.
• Order History prior to 3/1/17 will be visible within 20 minutes after creating your new account.
• Order History after 3/1/17 will be visible in your new account after you place your first order.

To view your Order History, click on the Order History link in the My Account box on the left.

How do I order from my Order History?
Click on the Sign In icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Enter your e-mail address and password to Sign In.
Under My Account, click on Order History.
Click on an Order Number link.
Click on the check box located next to each item you would like to reorder and click on Reorder Selected to add the item(s) to your Shopping Bag.
If you would like to order another size variation of an item in your order, click on the Item Name to navigate to its product page. Click on the desired size and then Add To Bag.
To finish your order, click on the Shopping Bag icon in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Click on the Proceed to Checkout button. You may also choose to checkout with Paypal or Amazon Pay.
Follow the instructions for your preferred method of checkout.

How do I reset my password?
Click on the Sign In icon in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Click on the Reset Password link, located to the right of the Sign In button.
Enter your e-mail address and click on Reset Password.
An e-mail will be sent to you with instructions on how to complete the password reset process.

How do I order a paper gift certificate?
To order a paper gift certificate, click on the Tea Gifts link, located on the green navigation bar at the top of the page. Click on either the “Quick Shop” button or the Paper Gift Certificate link to display the list of available denominations. Click on your desired gift certificate amount from the list of available options and then click on the “Add to Bag” button to add the gift certificate to your shopping cart. If you’d like to continue shopping, click on the “Continue Shopping” button. If you’re finished shopping, click on the “Shopping Bag” button. Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. You may also choose to checkout with Paypal or Amazon Pay. Follow the instructions for your preferred method of checkout. You may add a personalized gift message to be included with your gift certificate. To add your message (80 character maximum), click on “Add a Gift Message,” located on the Shipping Method page of the checkout process.
