Established in the late nineteenth century, the Lover’s Leap Tea Estate perches among the clouds, at 6,000 feet, in the mountainous Nuwara Eliya district of Sri Lanka. This Ceylon black tea selection offers a bright, citrusy aroma, complemented by warm biscuity nuances. Tamaryokucha, literally translated as "coiled tea", is a superb, handcrafted green tea that has a full, complex flavor. Vegetal notes and a pleasing pungency are accentuated by hints of dark berries and a sweet aftertaste. This organic offering was produced in Takachiho, Miyazaki, from the Yabukita cultivar.

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) is a widely used and very popular herb. Our tisane is from India and has a zesty, peppery character. The liquor is slightly darker in color and has a lingering sweet/spicy quality. A steeping time of 8-10 minutes is recommended for your ginger root herbal beverage.

This Guangdong province specialty is a lovely Oolong tea, scented with magnolia flowers. Alternately known as Orchid Oolong, or Yu Lan, this selection is a must try for those who appreciate a fine scented tea. The flavor nuances are unique, but hints of jasmine lend a recognizable character.
