Upton Tea Imports is proud to offer premium Pu-Erh tea selections. This tea style is fermented during processing, which gives it a unique flavor profile. There are two distinct types of Pu-Erh tea. Shou, or “cooked,” Pu-Erh produces a thick, dark cup with a pronounced earthy character. Sheng, or “raw,” produces a golden cup with stone fruit flavor notes and a refreshing character.
