Oolong (a.k.a. Wu-Long) teas are not fully oxidized, and this processing imparts a lighter flavor than black teas. Often characterized by beautiful, large leaves, which are suitable for multiple infusions, Oolongs are ideal for the Gong Fu method of steeping tea. Stimulating flavor notes make Oolongs a great afternoon choice.
