Description:
The name of this Zhejiang province tea is derived from the "first two leaves and a bud" leaf sets, which some say resemble an open bird's beak after infused. The deep green leaves are attractive, and have a fine, fresh aroma. The infusion is very flavorful, with an appealing and clean vegetal quality. This is one of the finest Lung Chings (Long-Jings) we have sampled this year.
