"I have searched for years for a chai tea that tasted similar to that in my favorite Indian restaurant. Perfect spicing in this tea blends nicely with the slight bitter of the tannins. Just adding a light teaspoon of sugar and some milk make it perfect!! Not cloying or ruined by one predominant spice. I am partial to stronger black Assam teas, not flavored teas, but this tea will be a regular in my"

"Probably the best of the Upton chai blends, for my palate. You can taste the base tea through the spices and there aren't any harsh overtones. I can't speak for authenticity or how traditional it is, but it tastes how "chai" should taste to me. I brew it in a regular teapot and then mix with milk or condensed milk and sugar to taste."

"Nice pleasant chai tea. Good base tea and good balance between spice and tea. I've never been a fan of chai tea before but ordered this for my son. I thoroughly enjoy this tea. Very pleasing cup for an afternoon tea."

"I tried this alongside the Chai Spice tea looking for a good punchy chai for daily use. Both were fantastic, and I had trouble deciding which to reorder. However as an iced tea this is merely average, while Chai spice is delicious both warm and cold. That said, this does feel more 'traditional' so I'd strongly encourage you to try for yourself."
