"This is my favorite tea for my everyday cup. It has smooth feeling and a balanced taste. It's not too bitter, or too bland. A 4 minute infusion as suggested is spot on. I have also tried the Panyang Congou Select and did not notice an appreciable difference in the quality of the two teas. This is definitely a great value, and a tea that I always try to keep in stock."
