Description: The cup is exceptionally smooth, with interesting muscat and fruity nuances, along with the balanced pungency of a top quality first flush tea. This tea was harvested from China jat (varietals) at the same time as the clonal counterpart (TS86). The cup from the China jat is slightly sweeter, while that of the clonal variety is slightly thicker. For comparison, consider buying a sample of one and a packet of the other.

"A very different cup from the previous Temi estate batch... The fruity, summery notes are more subdued and it is as finicky as a delicate green, difficult to brew to hit the sweet spot between lack of flavor and astringency. Strange smell. Just not my cup"
