"A great, high-quality oolong, what I would describe as medium in flavor. It's not too green like many of the so-called fine-grade or monkey picked varieties, nor particularly darker like Upton's delicious Oolong Se Cheung. It is one of the few oolongs that brews particularly well iced, and has just a touch of sweetness that is perfect when I want a less intense cup of tea." Sally Deuschle
