Description: A rare selection notable for its attractive appearance and fine cup. Produced at Jun Mountain in the Dongting Lake region of Hunan, this tea is made from traditional Camellia sinensis cultivars. The production is done entirely by hand, and finished with a delicate basket drying/roasting over charcoal. The liquor has a delicate tangy finish with floral hints.

"I love the taste of this tea! To my taste buds, it seems similar, yet definitely different, to a dragonwell green tea; vegetal with a nutty note to it.
I also feel great supporting yellow tea production in China --the only country where it is produced, and even that is diminishing...a very healthy, hearty tea ( and masterful art form of the camellia sinensis leaf!)."
