Description: Da Hong Pao, or "Big Red Robe" Oolong is known as the king of the yan cha, or "rock teas". This 2012 selection has a cup with a sweet orchid character, and notes of caramel and peach. A light honeysuckle note lingers in the clean, crisp finish. The flavor develops over several steepings, so multiple infusions are suggested.
