Description: The dry leaves of this selection have a neat, wiry appearance, laced with a good complement of silvery tips. The cup has a mellow, smooth flavor with good balance, combining light, flowery nuances with classic notes of muscatel. In the spectrum of Darjeeling teas that we offer, this represents a good value in the medium price range.

"I think this Jungpana Estate tea brews a very good cup. The liquor is dark amber, the flavor is of a quality Darjeeling. This is a very good tasting tea for the price." Anthony A Ellis

"This Darjeeling definitely has muscatel notes, but there is too much astringency for me to enjoy this tea. The second infusion is usually much better."
