"Trying this tea, first sips had the slightest of tannins, but not unpleasantly so. Flavor in description is accurate. The brilliance of this tea shines in the 2nd steeping: the ever-slight tannins are gone, and while flavor becomes more subtle they are more defined and gains soft floral finish. It's the first time a 2nd steeping that has caught my attention."
