Employee Recommendations:
Name: Karen
"This tea is picked in the early morning when the dew is still fresh on the leaf. From picking to cupping is approximately a 30-hour period of processing. I steeped the leaves for 4 minutes in boiling point (212F) water. The aroma is warm & inviting with a hint of citrus. The robust flavor reminds me of a smooth Assam, with light malty hints and nuances of warming spices. Steep it longer when adding milk and sweetener."
