Description: From Fujian province, this is a fully oxidized tea made from a cultivar normally used to produce Tie-Guan-Yin Oolong. The cup has a round flavor, with notes of red wine, and toasty hints. The aroma has a sweet note and a subtle hint of cocoa. Unlike the lot of Black Tie-Guan-Yin we offered in the past, these leaves are rolled into a Mao Feng shape as opposed to a tight pearl shape.

"If I had to speak only one word about this tea, it would be - yummy. The rich amber-colored tea liquor has a spicy, cocoa fragrance. The flavor is deep, full-bodied and satiny smooth with tangy notes of bittersweet cocoa and hints of spices - nutmeg, cinnamon and a whisper of mace. I'll say it again - yum!"
