"i'm so sad you're coming to the end of this beautiful batch of 2nd flush darjeeling. it's one of my favorites for the delicate astringency and muscatel note. i like a strong cup (and i never use milk) so i tend to steep my tea for a full five minutes--this tea holds up well to the extended steep time"
