"This tea is a bit pricey, but worth it. Great classic Darjeeling flavor. Try it my way: 16 oz boiling water for 2.5 grams of tea (about 2 teaspoons) brewed for 3 minutes. Add a scant tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of milk. The Himalayas in a cup!"
