"I steeped the leaves for 4 minutes in boiling point (212F) water. The lemony fresh aroma portends its crisp flavor. Along with that crispness, the flavor is well balanced, with notes of lemon and cedar, similar to a quality high grown Ceylon tea. Steep it longer for a pronounced briskness. Tastes wonderful iced!"
