Description: A 2014 Pre-Chingming Lung-Ching green tea produced in Hunan province. The flat, spring green leaf steeps a tea liquor that has a light vegetal aroma with toasty/nutty nuances. The mildly astringent flavor is strong and vegetal with notes of snap peas, buttery fresh corn, rich chestnut and nori. The vegetal notes taper off in the clean finish.
