"One of the most distinctive teas, in both appearance and taste, I have ever had. It smells sweet, almost like peaches and melon. The color is a light pale yellow. I've steeped it for up to 5 minutes, and it's still fantastic, some white teas are not so forgiving. Upton's summary of the taste is accurate, lightly floral, sweet pine, and spices, with a hint of peach and melon."
