"This is my first tea cake. So far, I'm not a fan. As carefully as I flake the cake, it always crumbles. I end up with either a chunk or dust. The chunks fall apart quickly during infusion. The dust is blowing in the wind, not in my tea. The cup is subtle and smooth. I'll finish this cake but, for now, will stick with loose leaf."
