   This exceptional tea is produced in the Uji region of Kyoto prefecture, and factory sealed to ensure freshness. Koumi is lightly steamed and has an attractive dark, green leaf. The light-colored liquor has exceptional character. A three minute steep with 160 degree water is recommended for optimal flavor.
