 21. TT91: Formosa Pouchong Select
   A handcrafted tea from carefully plucked leaves, shaped into a well-twisted, curled shape. This lightly fermented Pouchong tea is one of the finest we have tasted in recent years. The cup has a sweet floral flavor and clean vegetal finish.

 22. TT99: Super Fancy Oolong
   An exquisitely crafted Formosa Oolong with the style of the more fermented (oxidized) level of 60-70%. The cup is lively with a balanced body and fresh fragrance. Steeping for five minutes or longer produces a cup with chestnut notes and hints of grape-like sweetness.
