India - Darjeeling

Often referred to as the "champagne of teas," Darjeelings are prized for their delicate flavor and aroma; the liquor ranges in color from golden yellow to rich amber. Darjeeling teas can be floral, nutty, or even have delicate muscat notes, so there truly is a Darjeeling that will appeal to almost every taste. The steeping time and amount of tea used can be adjusted as a matter of taste. See also Darjeeling Green and Darjeeling Oolong.
