Formosa - Oolong

Taiwan, formerly Formosa, produces oolongs of incomparable flavor and quality. With a distinctive and complex flavor and aroma, Formosa oolongs often have a delicate flavor reminiscent of peaches and chestnuts. In Taiwan, oolongs with a lighter fermentation are preferred, and these teas are gaining popularity in the United States.
